How can I make sure you have an item in stock?

We normally have a regular inflow of inventory. However, from time to time there may be a larger movement for a specific SKU at any given time. If you would like to verify availability just give us a call at 1 (888) 800-6553 and one of our friendly Customer Service Reps will verify availability for you.


What are some of the delivery method options you have?

Most orders are shipped ground. For other delivery method options (for example over-night) please dial 1 (888) 800-6553 and we will be happy to assist you.


Do you accept checks and/or money orders?

In order to ensure shipping in a timely fashion and product availability, we only accept major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and PayPal payments.


How long does it take for international deliveries?

International delivery times vary from country to country, customs, weather and several other factors. We advise reading our shipping policy before proceeding with an international order.


How much is shipping?

For most items, shipping has a flat rate of $12. Other items have a different shipping cost depending on weight, dimensions and other considerations. In either case, you will be able to see the shipping cost during your checkout process before completing your order.


What are your hours of operation?

We are available to assist you Monday-Friday from 9am-7pm EST.


Do you deliver on weekends?

In some instances ground shipping will deliver on Saturdays but is limited to residential addresses. Deliveries do not take place on Sundays.


Through which courier do you ship your orders?

We currently use FEDEX and UPS (DHL and USPS in some cases).


Where are you located?

Our offices are located in Miami, Florida. We have several warehouses in strategic areas across the country to help serve you better.


How do you protect customers from online fraud?

We have a robust and secure billing system to protect you from online fraud. All transactions on our site are encrypted with SSL technology. Also, we partnered with PAYPAL to process credit cards and electronic payments under full compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). What if I want to return what I ordered?

We can accept returns in many cases. This depends on several factors. Please review our return policy for further information.


What do you do with my private information?

We do not pass along, expose, or sell any of your information. Securing your privacy is one of our top priorities. For specifics, please view our privacy policy.


Can I make a purchase with credit?

We offer a no cash down option with 6 months for repayment for purchases $99 and above. You may select this option during checkout (Subject to credit approval). Please see details by clicking here.


Can I use my FSA account to buy products?

Yes, you can use your FSA approved credit card for the items that are covered and the system will automatically process your transaction. Eligible products have been highlighted for your convenience.


Do you work with insurance companies?

We are currently not working directly with insurance companies. However, we do send you an email with your invoice attached for you to process with your insurance. The invoice displays HCPCS codes for each item purchased.
