Won't be ordering again.

Prices are good at MSD. HOWEVER, after placing an order, it took almost a month to arrive with no explanation. Calling was useless/unhelpful. When I asked if there was a backorder, I was told simply "no". When I asked if she knew when it would ship, I was told "I don't know". When I asked why there was a delay, I was told, "you only placed the order on the 5th." That was 1 week earlier. The representative showed apathy and an apparent assumption that large amounts of time were necessary without being able to explain. And worse, she was unable to quote an approximate ship date or why. I should -

The description says that this can be used on the thigh or the calf, but there is no tube included to extend to the calf. So the description is not accurate. The website does not seem to offer the tubing separately. For anyone, like me, who wears these on the calf, this poses an enourmous--really insoluble--problem.
